Abstract Precast lightweight concrete with specific gravity between 1440 kg/m 3 and 1840 , high early compressive strength is one of the alternative materials in responding to large fast demand for precast concrete, as well being easy transport. This study proposes foamed an residential construction. The background this considering limited literature reports related research on application building structural elements. purpose was obtain minimum characteristics, including initial 14 MPa at days age, 20 28 less than 1750 .
